The submission and review of papers for IConSEP2019 will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair. This system gives you, the author, complete control over your submission. The EasyChair submission system for IConSEP can be found at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iconsep2019. Submission of an abstract (and the full version later) implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Abstract Submission

To begin with, prospective authors have to submit the abstract of the full paper. We expect concise abstracts that highlight the problems, methods, and major findings of the papers, but also provide sufficient information for the reviewers. The submitted abstract is subject to change, then it could be different with the one in the full paper, yet both must discuss the same issues.

As described earlier, the whole submission processes are done via EasyChair. Hence to submit an abstract, authors must have an EasyChair account. Please consult the following information about creating a new EasyChair account: https://easychair.org/help/account_creation?a=21970275. Having the EasyChair account ready, the author should click the “Register Now” button on IConSEP2019’s website to open the EasyChair’s submission process. You need to complete all the required information such as identity of the author(s), title, abstract and keyword(s). Check this information if you need help: https://easychair.org/help/submission?a=21970275.

Prospective authors must submit their abstract prior to May 18th, 2019 June 1st, 2019.

Full Paper Submission and Review Process

Authors will be notified of the results of the abstract reviews on May 31st, 2019 June 8th, 2019. Subsequently, the full paper submission process will be opened and authors of the accepted abstracts can make the submission until June 30th, 2019. Full paper is referring to a paper that conforms with the standards of a conference paper. It must be formatted according to the given template.

Please note that each full paper submitted for the review must be prepared for a double blind review process. It means the authors hold no information regarding the reviewers identity, and vice versa. The authors must ensure that all the author information (names and affiliations) are stripped off from the submitted full papers.

The conference committee holds the responsibility to maintain the quality of the final papers. Therefore we only involve prominent professors, lecturers, and researchers for the review process. It means only papers that conform to the IConSEP standards that will be accepted for oral presentation, online publication, and indexing.

For the template, please visit the Manuscript Preparation guide.

Camera Ready Version

We will notify the authors on July 28th, 2019 about the results of the full paper review process. Subsequently, authors of the accepted papers must submit the camera-ready version of the papers prior to August 26th, 2019 (extended to August 31st, 2019). The camera ready paper is referring to the final version of the paper, as it will appear in the proceedings and online publication. Eventhough each paper will be checked again by the committee, it is the responsibility of the authors of the particular paper to ensure the quality and the formatting of the paper.

Payment

Authors of accepted papers for the conference are expected to make the payment before August 5th, 2019 (extended to August 10th, 2019). Payment could be made via bank transfer to the account number 0815748188 of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), with PANITIA ICONSEP 2019 as the account holder.
